In the traditional TV advertising model, the relationship between the viewer and the advertiser has grown antagonistic. People fast forward their TiVO programs past commercials, leave the room, go to mute. Viewers do not appreciate the advertisers for paying for their entertainment.
MMh changes the relationship between the MovieMaker, the cinema owner and the Sponsors, which alters the Viewers relationship to the product.
How it works:
MovieMakers and Cinema Owners choose their own ads and commercials. They choose the products they believe in and / or think their audience will want.
This relationship will drastically alter the relationship between the viewer and the Sponsors.
Sponsors pay only when their “Spots” are viewed. Other than producing the spot and posting it, there are no other costs to the sponsor until the spot is viewed.
How:
Sponsors post commercials and ad spots along with the amount they will pay for Eyes, for Clicks, For sales.
Sponsors may limit the availability of their Commercials and ads to; Cinemas with a large following, MovieMakers who have had past success, cinema ownerss who present only G rated movies, movies which appeal to a specific demographic, etc. Our survey system makes this possible. Or Sponsors can “trust” the system, assuming the RIGHT AUDIENCE will see the Spot. It costs them nothing if it is not seen.
Ads will be dynamic, linking to the product's site. Movie Meetinghouse endeavors to make ad spaces attractive and imaginative.
It will be of benefit to the MovieMaker or Cinema Owner if the viewer clicks on the ad, (bringing the viewer to the sponsors website) since, if a viewer buys, the Moviemaker or Cinema Owner will earn substantially more.
Commercials and Ads are chosen because the MovieMaker or Cinema Owner who endorses the product thinks it will appeal to their audience.
Presuming the MovieMaker or Cinema Owner knows their audience, target marketing naturally occurs, and there is no need for invasive tracking.
The consumer will understand that Commercials and Ads benefit the moviemaker and Cinema, and Moviemakers and cinema owners can uniquely encourage their audience to buy the products they advertise.
