If you consider yourself a casual viewer, and all you want is to watch movies, you do not have to become a member to do so. Simply click on the “Watch Movies” doors, or menu item(s) and you will be able to view all the movies available on Movie Meetinghouse. You can also click on the Local Screenings doors or menu item(s) to see what movies are playing in your local neighborhood MovieTheaters or Alternative Screening Venues.
However even casuals viewers can become MMh Members.
Doing so enables you to “favorite” a cinema you like, so that you can return to cinemas which screen movies you like any time. Even if you are not interested in playing the game of promotion, you will still earn points, which you can use to send “virtual gifts’ to Moviemakers you admire, or cinema owners who present a series of movies you appreciate. You can attend member hosted chats in virtual neighborhood cafes with moviemakers and other movie lovers as well.
MMh Members are also be able to purchase tickets to Movie Theaters or Alternative Venues featured in the Local Screenings Wing and make suggestions about movies they would like to see. Once this section of MMh launches fully, members can join local Movie Clubs to watch movies with friends or others with similar taste.
Passionate Movie lovers and Entrepreneurs may choose to make more of Movie Meetinghouse. You will have your own Virtual Neighborhood, with your own Cinema, coffee shop and general store. In your cinema you post movies from any O embed site. At your coffee shop, arrange chats with moviemakers looking to promote their movies, and movie lovers who would like to chat about the movies you have screened. You can feature movie-related games here as well. In your store you can “sell” virtual gifts, purchased with points, or other things, such as (for example) real movie memorabilia paid for with MMh Bucks which can be exchanged for cash.
You make real money by advertising in your neighborhood. You choose the ads you want to present from the win-win advertisments posted on Movie Meetinghouse, and you will receive a percentage of the income generated from those ads. You attract an audience to your cinema utilizing the points you earn playing the game of promotion, and with traditional marketing tools that MMh will make available to you.
